Having recently purchased a NEW boat fitted with a NEW Yamaha 150 Four Stroke motor, I wanted to know straight away who was the best mobile mechanic available to service my outboard.
After consulting a few friends and doing my own research, there was only one qualified technician that stood out and that was Michael Franklin from “Marine Masters”
The things that impressed me were that Michael has been nominated for awards within The Yamaha Marine industry and from my investigations the individual has to be in the top 8 of Australia and New Zealand to qualify for this prestigious award.
When I initially contacted Michael I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, personality and prompt replies. Michael also mentioned that he only uses genuine parts which gives me the satisfaction and peace of mind that I can rely on when out on the water.
When Michael serviced my motor it was done on time in a very neat well organised manner and I was amazed at the bonus of a free trailer and bearing check which he includes with his servicing.

We took to the Swan River after the service and he provided a water test and made some fine tuning adjustments and my 5m Penguin and 90HP Envinrude performed superbly, even up to 40 knots. He also repaired my boat trailer replacing a rusted drawbar that is now indestructible.
